In this paper, an improved multi-exposure image fusion method for intelligent transportation systems (ITS) is proposed. Further, a new dataset traffic signs, TrafficSign, presented to verify the method. system, as type of important road information, signs are fused by obtain with moderate brightness and intact information. By estimating degree retention different features in source image, results have adaptive characteristics similar that image. Considering weather factor environmental noise, preprocessed bilateral filtering dehazing algorithm. paper uses optimization improve quality output model. The qualitative quantitative experiments on show algorithm proposed effective practical ITS.
